Our Founder
Dr Sabreena Andriesz
Dr. Sabreena Andriesz, MCC is multi-faceted facilitator, coach and business owner who has devoted the past 20+ years to organizational development, senior executive coaching and team alignment.

She uses unique and life changing practices and coaching techniques to facilitate individual and organizations towards successful outcomes. Her approach is informed by psychology, eastern and western philosophies, knowledge in behavioral analysis, advanced systems thinking, whole brain technology using unique life changing practices and advanced coaching techniques to facilitate individual and organizations towards successful outcomes.

Sabreena’s transition into becoming an entrepreneur and business owner was catalyzed by her innate desire to discover her life purpose. She has attended numerous workshops, and retreats that she attributes to catalyzing her life purpose to help people become the best version of themselves. She founded The Conscious Choice in 2001.
Her clients include government agencies, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial institutions, oil and gas, information technology, SME’s and niche business owners.

She now collaborates with organizations, alliance partnerships, institutes and universities to offer organizational development and change programs, executive and personal coaching, coaching supervision and mentoring to coaches, customized coaching and mentoring workshops, and custom design programs and facilitation in the areas of leadership development.

Dennis Heath
Business & Executive Coaching
Dennis’ background includes thirty years in sales and management positions in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific in the telecommunications sector.
​
After gaining his coaching credentials in 2004 he transitioned into senior management coaching. His reputation grew from there to be one of S.E. Asia's most sucessful Executive Coaches.

Never afraid to use humour in his coaching, his easy and relaxed style bellies a tough determination to push clients out of their comfort zones towards more effective leadership behaviours. He demands focus and action, ensuring clients achieve their personal and corporate goals.
Desiree Tung
Leadership & Life Coach
Desiree has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the public and private sector - spanning strategy development, external relations and stakeholder engagement. She has lived in 7 countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the US.

After a successful corporate career, she pursued her passion for coaching by starting her own practice. She works with high-flyers and established leaders to transition into senior roles, sharpen their leadership skills, and step into their most authentic selves.

Desiree is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Su-Chzeng Ong
Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor
Su-chzeng draws on 35 years of international business experience in global investment banking, education and publishing industries and a deep passion for leadership
development.
Her last senior corporate role before she transitioned to become a coach was as VP business leader with JPMorganChase bank, responsible for 15 teams across Asia-Pacific. She has been based for work for a decade each in England, Japan and now in Singapore. She is originally from Malaysia.

With 17 years’ experience as a fulltime coach with board level executives and senior management, she has worked with over 1,000 senior executives in most private sectors as well as the financial, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology, F&B, oil & gas sectors.
​
She also coaches senior executives in the public and not-for-profit sectors. She is an associate coach for top business schools INSEAD and IMD and for the Center for Creative Leadership.
Yasmin Sagadevan
Strategic Management Consultant
Yasmin Sagadevan’s range of global experience spans change management, strategy, financial management, and operational excellence.
She is skilled in managing and developing teams and optimizing processes and efficiencies. Yasmin has held global roles in Accenture, Bank of America and Grubb and Ellis.
Central to her expertise is business transformation, and towards this end she leverages her extensive experience in financial management, organizational leadership, personnel development and project & change management. Yasmin graduated with the Presidential Key Executive MBA, focused on leadership and management, from Pepperdine University, U.S.A.
