Global Leadership Profile
(GLP)

Leverages adult development theories  to identify how a person makes sense of events and the world in which she/he lives. It  illuminates a person’s leadership approach and fall-back style especially important for senior leaders

Harrison Assessment (HA)

Measures 175 factors including task preferences, work environmental motivations, work environment preferences, interests and interpersonal preferences. It may also be used to select talent and assist hiring decisions. A particular feature of this instrument is the Paradox report which identifies how a person can achieve balanced versatility on seemingly contradictory traits.

Hogan

Examines personality through a three=pronged approach, the bright side, dark side and innate values that contribute to the formation of identity and reputation in the workplace. This series of reports gives leaders a complete understanding of their performance capabilities, challenges, and underlying motivators along with a five-step development planning worksheet and career development primer. Paired with a one-on-one feedback session, leaders will be well-equipped to build high-performing teams and thriving organizations. 

Hogan 360

Hogan 360°  is a comprehensive multi-rater feedback tool designed to help career-minded individuals and leaders at any level of an organization gain a better understanding of how they are perceived by managers, peers, direct reports, and others. The report uses an easy-to-interpret  framework to provide a real-time look at an individual’s attitude, behavior, and performance. Commonly used for development purposes as it interfaces well with the Hogan suite of assessments,  the report offers constructive feedback and sets priorities for improvement.

Influence Style Indicator

Targets the understanding of an individual’s preferred styles of influence on five dimensions of influence, asserting, rationalizing, visioning, bridging and negotiating.  This instrument is particularly useful when getting buy-in and alignment on projects and ideas.

MBTI

Classifies personality types on four distinct continuums and evokes awareness on preferences and its influence on communicating, making decisions, managing change and managing conflict. Learning to use less-favoured processes will lead to agility and increased capacity.

The Leadership Circle

The Leadership Circle is an integrated assessment using adult development theories to measure creative competencies, reactive tendencies and the internal operating system of leaders.  The leadership Circle generates a dynamic report showing the 4 Quadrants of reactive, creative leadership in relation to tasks and people. A full-fledged overview of leadership including the inner dynamics of individual thought process, this is a must-do assessment for accelerating leadership excellence.

WPB5

Reveals a person’s super traits, sub-traits and how they affect work behaviour and job performance. Based on studies by Gordon Allports on the big five, the WPB5 has been defined on five continuums ad the need for stability, extraversion, originality, accommodation and consolidation.
